For online orders, if there is no specified date, the book will be shipped according to the book seller’s business days after the order and payment are confirmed.

<Language learning and education business>

The start date of the lesson will be the first lesson date determined at the time of application. After that, lessons will continue under the same conditions unless the user requests to cancel. Regarding cancellation, if you contact us by the last day of the month before the month in which you wish to cancel, the service will end on the last day of the month you wish to cancel. For seasonal courses, the start date and end date will be set for each course. Please refer to the information for each course. Other materials will be provided each time you apply. Materials will be provided in the lesson that uses them.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

We will cover the cost of defective products or our product mistakes.

If there is an accident such as damage during delivery, please contact us.

We will send you a new product as soon as possible, at our expense, for both shipping and handling fees.

<Language learning/education business>

Participants may withdraw their application for the service contract in writing within 8 days of receiving the enrollment confirmation form (contract document). However, this is only applicable if the service provision period exceeds 2 months and the total contract amount exceeds 50,000 yen.

If you have already paid the course fees, we will refund the full amount after we have confirmed the return of all study materials. The cost of returning the study materials will be borne by the student.

If you wish to cancel your membership after starting classes, please contact us by the end of the month prior to the month in which you wish to cancel. The service will end on the last day of the month in which you wish to cancel, and you will not be required to pay for the following month. If course fees and other fees for the month following the end of the service have already been paid to us, we will promptly refund the full amount. The applicant will be responsible for bank transfer fees. However, if you have any overdue course fees, etc., you will be required to pay them at the time of cancellation.
